Hamlet Soliloquoy Parody
To eat, or not to eat – that is the question.
Whether I should endure
The allure of the all-you-can-eat luncheon
Or take arms with cutlery to cure
The craving within? – To eat – to munch –
No more; and if by a meal I can end
A thousand yearnings for a smorgasbord lunch;
'Tis a consummation devoutly to be wished. To eat – to munch –
Those calories! Ay, there's the rub;
For in that munch of cake what calories will I gain,
To turn my flesh into blub!
The thought is what leads my life of longing and pain.
For who would bear the whipped cream and pie,
The Mexican tacos, Cookies filled with jam,
The pans of lasagna, and dumplings
Craptacular week.
i.e.
I was vacuuming my room, and I stupidly decided to vacuum the keyboard. My vacuum machine ate my colon key. Lost forever in the vacuum bag abyss.
Among other less entertaining things.
Unfortunately
The week's only begun.
Fortunately
I can turn it around.
Thank you.
